Starting prices depend on the scope, location, staffing, and coverage agreed in your proposal. Content is available separately or alongside planning; coverage and deliverables are agreed before booking. Contract review covers planning and logistics, not legal advice.
Vendor sourcing & coordination.
Finding your team: I’ll work with you to find vendors who suit your vision and budget. Recommendations are included in Guided Planning; fuller sourcing is included in The Signature Experience and By Your Side. You can also explore standalone venue and vendor support.
Bringing your team together: month-of coordination focuses on the vendors you’ve already booked—their timelines, final details, and wedding-day communication.

Eight hours is the starting point for wedding-day coordination. If you’d like me there from getting ready through the end of the night, we’ll include that extra time in your quote. Planning support before the wedding is separate from on-site coverage hours.
